Room hire in Chiwell and Beeston. Our hall is close to local amenities, park and playing fields, 5 minute walk to the Nottingham tram stop, bus stop right outside, short walk to reach the countryside, 30 minute walk to Attenborough Nature Reserve. Lots to see and do.
Our hall is well furnished with chairs and table and will allow up to 100 people in any single event. Hall rental includes:-

- Covered outdoor area: 5m x 5m
- Fire Circle with dedicated seating area: 8m x 8m

- Camping for upto 28 depending on tent size
- Grassed areas: approximately 200m2

Fee Structure:
- £20 per hour
- £100 per day
- £50 security/cleaning deposit, returned in full if the site is left in the same condition is was at the start of your booking.
- Discounts available for 3rd Chilwell Scouts volunteers and Scout groups.
- Fuel for the fire circle available at an additional cost.

Please read the following Booking Terms and Conditions before requesting a booking.
We do ask anyone hiring out our premises to keep noise to an reasonable level particularly in the evenings due to the close proximity of our neighbours. We only hire out the hall till 10pm in respect to our neighbours, apart from group overnight bookings where we ask group to keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
GENERAL
We hire out the hut for parties at a cost of £20 per hour including time to set up and clear away. Tables and chairs are available, but we do not provide a music system. There is a kitchen with a kettle, urn, sink, cutlery, crockery, oven etc.
Please ensure the hut is left clean and tidy and all rubbish removed (we do not have a caretaker and limited bin collection)
The hire fee should be paid at least one week prior to the booking, paying by BACs using the bank details and reference code supplied in your confirmation email.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Please ensure that you are completely familiar with the whereabouts of the Fire Doors, Fire Extinguishers and the First Aid Box, should they be needed in an emergency.
DAMAGE
During the approved hire you will be responsible for any damage caused to the hut, its fixtures and fittings. Please be aware that you may be asked to pay for replacements or repairs to any damaged items.
Unreasonable wear and tear deemed by the Committee, will require reimbursement for restoration to the original condition.

LIABILITY
We (The Committee) will not be held liable for any injury to any person whilst the hut is in use, or for any loss/theft or damage to personal possessions or money.
Please take all lost / left items with you at the end of your session
Any vehicles parked at the hut are left at the owner’s risk. The Committee will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of items left or kept at the hut.
